My work stems from observation in the landscape from photographs and sketches. I enjoy the use of rich vibrant colours in my pictures using pen and wash. I feel my work has evolved over the last couple of years and I have been working on a series of paintings of flowers throughout the seasons. I strive to create something beautiful for people to enjoy and hope this is reflected in my work.
