Many objects in our homes are there for utility, to make living in our homes simpler or more comfortable. We have other objects in our homes that have no function other than to make our homes a lovely place in which to live. There is another group of objects that bridge between the practical and aesthetic.
I enjoy creating objects that could be functional but are also beautiful. To improve the quality and enjoyment of where we live, with a piece of art, is a privilege and honour. As an artist, something we strive for, just an a musician strives for an ordinance to delight.
